I mentiond this in http://blog.v2joecr.com/2009/09/29/listening-to-the-zune-insider-podcast-episode-39/ The impact of that though is the software will forget everything about your podcasts. It will forget which episodes have been listened to &amp; anything else that is stored in that file. Microsoft claimed in the 39th episode of the Zune inside podcast that they would fix the issue with a future update &amp; they said that they should not downgrade as you are suggesting since the first step in the downgrade is to rename or delete the file that was fubared in the upgrade to 4.0.</description>
